This 2-hour slackline workshop is an invitation to slow down, focus and challenge your body in a playful and engaging way. Set in nature, you’ll learn how to walk the line, improve your balance and develop body awareness in a supportive environment.

Guided by experienced instructors, the session starts with the fundamentals — posture, focus and control — and gradually evolves into more dynamic movements, always adapted to your level.

No experience is needed. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve tried it before, this workshop is designed to help you progress at your own pace.

Slackline is not just about balance — it’s about concentration, presence and learning how to deal with instability in a fun and rewarding way.
