Acro Yoga blends elements of yoga, acrobatics and partner work into a dynamic and highly interactive experience. In this class, you’ll work in pairs or small groups, exploring balance, trust and coordination through guided exercises and playful sequences.
No experience is needed — the session is designed to be accessible to beginners while still engaging for those with a background in movement. Step by step, you’ll learn how to support and be supported, discovering new ways of moving together.
Expect a mix of focus and fun, where communication, laughter and connection are just as important as technique.
